Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation​ or amendment is​ received before 3 days (​before ​72 hours) prior to​ your​ arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation​ or amendment is​ received in 3 days (​ after 72 hours) of arrival date, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at​ our​ hotel​ will be treated as No-show, 100% of ​the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed. 
- No-show 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.

Payment method:
- By cash.
- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:
Free: All children under 6 years stay free of charge when sharing beds.
Extra fee: Older child or adult is charged US$ 7 per person per night for an extra bed.

Pets: Not allowed.
